Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Kronix Technologies website and provide the baseline framework for client engagements. Individual engineering projects and software licenses operate under formal Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Kronix Technologies Private Limited and the client.

Kronix Technologies provides custom web development, mobile applications, ERP implementations (KRONIX OS), autonomous AI pipelines, voice agent telephony, and performance marketing. All specifications, acceptance criteria, and project milestones are finalized in writing prior to deployment.

Upon settlement of agreed project milestone invoices, full ownership of custom bespoke code and creative deliverables transfers to the client. Kronix retains the right to showcase publicly accessible case studies unless a strict confidentiality clause is requested.

We operate under transparent billing models including Fixed-Scope Milestones, Monthly Dedicated Engineering Retainers, and Enterprise SLAs. Change requests within active scope are handled transparently without hidden administrative fees.

Every production system deployed includes dedicated post-launch support and a named lead engineer. Priority issue queues are monitored with 24-hour turnaround SLAs.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
